i can see the 2 pictures and i’ve looked at them a few times but struggle to come up with a constructive comment..

i’m sure it was a big effort in the processing which is nicely done although maybe just a tiny bit too perfect.

a nice portrait, composition is just ok to me.. maybe that’s why i can’t really think of what else to say..

You have done a good job on the skin, however the eye nearest the viewer seems to be less sharp in the mono. Did you apply some sort of softening here and forget to mask out the eye ?

Also the mono seems to be kind of flat as in there is not a lot of contrast in it. Sharpen the eye and dodge it a bit whilst darkening the rest of the image slightly may add a bit of punch to it..
