PI Pro Camera Straps – 2009

A few of you have expressed interest in getting a pro strap for yourselves.
So as promised I’ve started a thread to see if we there is any interest so I can place the order with
the manufacturers.

They’re 61 cm – 129.5 cm in length. Very comfortable to wear, eveningly spreading the weight of your camera/lens across your neck.
Good for carrying heavy cameras/lens. Come with a soft non-slip backing on the shoulder strap.
The come in a variety of colours; black, green, red. With the colours we would need more than a certain colour before that colour
can be ordered as the manufacturers will not do just 1 of a colour.

Price will be the same as in 2008, ie €23 incl p+p to anywhere.
Payment can be made via paypal, cheque, postal order etc…

I’ll find my photos of the straps and post up also, for those of you who have not yet seen one :)

Hi Mark, Happy New Year – keep up the great work in 2009!
‘Just a quick thought – Would you consider adding the .net extension to the camera strap logo? I think it would give a clearer message to anybody seeing one for the first time..

PS: Any chance of adding a spell checker for 2009?

You’re totally right. Actually had a look at adding the .net but it won’t fit, ie the font size would be smaller than they’d like
in order to get a clear print. I’ll take another look this time around and see if anything else can be done.

I’m going to be working hard on the getting the latest version of the forum running and will look at the spell checker.
Could do it myself :)
