My god you’re good! I know this hotel and it looks nothing like this… all airy and light, well done :)

These are really great. I’m familiar with the hotel, and these shots definitly show off the place in the best possible way.

I think I would have removed the air vents in the ceiling in the first one – eventhough this is possible unethical!

The Bar shot has a really great atmospheric feel about it.

Really great shots. Some quality! :)

Very good shots, crisp and detailed and good light.
A couple of small things distract me though; the intrusive greenery
at the edges of the first, the chopped off bar stool in the second (though
I do like the pint of Guinness on the table), and the bottom corner of
the bed in the third might have been better complete. The third would
be my favourite here, for its clean lines and the clever framing; good
idea to use the mirror to add the out of shot locker and lamp…
    Lovely work yet again…

    Rob.

I like the shot without the plants even thought it is a little sterile it really opens up the view, well done!

    ~OK, being picky…
The flowers in the vase on the dressing table – I keep wanting to tidy them a bit to the left so they don’t block the picture on wall behind.
Would flowers by bed need to be same or similar colour?
    The quilt is very creased.

Works better with the plants in. Without the plants the lobby looks hollow and empty. Would leave the plants in for sure, picture has a warmer feel to it

I knew from the first shot that there weren’t amateur photos.
There’s comments about the things in the edges of the photo: I think these give a sense of the depth of the room, rather than distract.
The tungsten look I find a bit strong in the first few images. Despite this I sure you got paid ;)
    Great, and inspirational, work.

    Ahhh, I see!

You certainly know better than I do. Without the plants it looks more
like a set than a hotel. But thanks for posting the other version to show
me the error of my ways. I stand humbled…

Nine years later – and here are some of the images we produced at this same hotel:

Any blended exposures in the recent set Ashley?

The Blue sky is complementing the hotel beautifully!
