Only my 2nd time covering athletics, but very enjoyable, despite the weather. Had to try to be different, rather than just the standard shots.

Thanks guys.

When competing against all the agencies, I wanted to do something different, from the normal action stuff.

So, trying to go for different angles, expressions and effects. A lot more photos taken than usual, but I really liked a lot of what I got.

I think I would have cropped out the guy on the right in image one to balance the scene but a great series of images all the same!
