Have a look at some of the work of some of our own members here. You might
find any of the following fairly interesting…

    Richie Hatch
    Joseph Burns (jb7)
    Ashley (Ashley Morrison)

    Hey Gavin,

Architectural Photography is something I want to get into and i’m
really interested in it in general.

I have a nice collection of TASCHEN architecture books which are a
great source for flicking through, the photography in them is fantastic
and while ithey dont give any technical details of the mechanics of the
images or how they were taken it is a great reference and they are
    relatively cheap and great quality.

I hav’nt looked at researching actual architectural photographers yet.

Im actually looking for a tilt & shift lens too. BIG money.

Dont think I’ll be getting into it in that big of a way, this is more of one of documentary and want to get an idea for styles. Cheers the books sound like a good idea library would be a good starting point.

For one of the top architectural photographers in Ireland, have a look at http://www.gerryoleary.com.

It’s a flash site, which is a little annoying – but the photographs are worth the waiting.

    Cheers,
    Peter
